Promoters:
The promoters, M/s Iravanshi Builders & Developers has been in business of designing & construction of building for long. Beginning with residential units, they ventured for large complexes of flats in 2006. They conceived & designed their first project of apartments in Dehradun at vill. Sewla Kalan. It was later executed as “Doon South Park”. Second project of flats “Kaushalya Tower” at Turner Road Dehradun was developed & executed successfully in partnership. Both these flats / apartments projects were well received and were sold out. 
This project is continuation of the values which have distinctly established us among many small & big builders of Dehradun.
